Nancy Inglehart
Nancy became a park resident in July 1999 and joined OSTA in 2012. Committed to all things Manufactured Housing-related and dedicated to preserving this much-needed affordable lifestyle, Nancy also began participating in the Coalition and, as a mediator with East Metro Mediation in Gresham, was instrumental in the passing of SB586’s Mandatory Mediation statues in 2019.
Nancy has had many careers and many opportunities to serve over her lifetime and given her a broad background in life experiences Her medical career included positions in medical office management, hospital, ARC and AHA Emergency Medical and CPR instructor, and most recently she worked in home healthcare with hospice clients. Nancy then changed careers and taught computer technology and enrichment classes in a K-12 Christian school. She attended PSU where she majored in Small Business Administration. Prior to retirement, she owned several small businesses including a restaurant, a catering business, medical office consulting and transcription services, and was a nutritional consultant for a web-based nutritional site. She currently runs a small business that offers mediation services.
Past committees and boards on which Nancy has served and dedicated her time include the Community Oriented Policing Citywide Board, Foster Parents Organization, Parent Group School Board, and the Oregon State Advisory Committee for Special Education.
Currently, Nancy serves as the OSTA Northeast District Director, as well as the OSTA Outreach and Grant Chair, the Oregon State Advisory Committee on Manufactured Housing, the Oregon State Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee, NMHOA Oregon Board Member-At-Large, and actively participates in the Manufactured Housing Landlord-Tenant Coalition.
