John has practiced residential landlord-tenant law and advocated for park residents since 1977, and is a driving force behind increasing rights for park and marina residents.

Nancy has been a park resident since 1999, joined OSTA in 2012, began participating in the Landlord-Tenant Coalition in 2014, and serves as a dispute resolution mediator.

A park resident since 1997, Wayne became an OSTA member and then organized and established an OSTA Chapter at his park to empower his community to exercise their rights.

Sheryl came to OSTA after working for non-profits during her 20-year career in social work. She was active as the President of The Falconwood Village Resident Association in Eugene and then became involved with OSTA.

A marina resident since 2012, Angela organized floating homeowner tenants from Gresham to St. Helens in Oregon’s first-ever Oregon Floating Home Owners association (FHO) before joining forces with OSTA.

JULIE MASSAAssociate Board Member
Julie has worked as a cooperative developer, organizer, lobbyist, and policy advocate since 1997. She has led the cooperative conversion of 15 parks into resident-owned communities in Oregon and brings her coop expertise to OSTA.

MATTHEW JOHNSON, ATTYAssociate Board Member
An attorney since 1998, Matthew is a fierce park resident advocate and a defender of residential tenant rights. He joined forces with OSTA in 2008 and practices landlord-tenant law in Eugene.
