Rochelle Love Elder is a Eugene area business owner and long-time civil rights advocate. She hopes to help tenants understand their rights and learn how to advocate for themselves. She will be offering assistance to Lane County manufactured home park tenants, to help them form their own committees and OSTA Chapters.

A marina resident since 2012, Angela organized floating homeowner tenants from Gresham to St. Helens in Oregon’s first-ever Oregon Floating Home Owners association (FHO) before joining forces with OSTA.

John has practiced residential landlord-tenant law and advocated for park residents since 1977, and is a driving force behind increasing rights for park and marina residents.

An attorney since 1998, Matthew is a fierce park resident advocate and a defender of residential tenant rights. He joined forces with OSTA in 2008 and practices landlord-tenant law in Eugene.

A park resident since 2015 and OSTA member since 2017, Deanna can wield a spreadsheet like no other. In 2022, she accepted the role as Treasurer. Deanna lives in a park in Eugene.
