Our Board of Directors

SHANNON WOMACKTreasurer & District Director of Southern Oregon

NANCY WARDVice President & Floating Home Director
An activist at heart, Nancy is motivated to make change happen when she sees an injustice. She was a natural fit for the OSTA board, with her involvement in legislative workgroups and as a floating homeowner. She looks forward to helping lead this organization, while educating and promoting OSTA within the floating home communities of the greater Portland area.

JOHN VANLANDINGHAM, ATTYSecretary & Associate Board Member
John has practiced residential landlord-tenant law and advocated for park residents since 1977, and is a driving force behind increasing rights for park and marina residents.

ANGELA GARVINPresident Emeritus & Floating Home Communities Director
