Bureau of Labor and Industries – Oregon: The Bureau of Labor and Industries protects access to housing and public accommodations free from discrimination for all Oregonians.
Manufactured and Marina Communities Resource Center (MMCRC):
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS): Oregon Housing and Community Services is Oregon’s housing finance agency, providing financial and program support to create and preserve opportunities for quality, affordable housing for Oregonians of lower and moderate income.
HUD Office of Manufactured Housing Programs: The Office of Manufactured Housing Programs (OMHP) administers the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 (the Act) which authorizes HUD to establish federal standards for the design and construction of manufactured homes to assure quality, durability, safety, and affordability.
OSTA Helping Hands Grant Program: A grant program to help our low-income park and marina members make critical repairs or accessibility modifications to their manufactured or floating homes so that more manufactured and floating home communities could retain their aging populations.

Portland Floating Homes: A resource for all-things related to owning floating homes (including Portland, Gresham, Scappoose & St. Helens
CASA of Oregon: CASA of Oregon’s Manufactured Housing Cooperative Development (MHCD) Center supports affordable home ownership through the creation of resident-owned, manufactured housing communities and is one of nine Certified Technical Assistance Providers (CTAPs) under the national ROC USA™ network. *Does not currently serve marina tenants interested in purchasing their marinas.

Oregon Elder Abuse Unit – Oregon Department of Justice: The Oregon DOJ appointed Oregon’s first statewide elder abuse prosecutor devoted entirely to elder abuse. The DOJ also invests in education and outreach to help seniors avoid financial exploitation, fraud and scams.
