MEET THE CANDIDATE AT TWIN CEDARS
In March, the Twin Cedars HOA Board of Directors and homeowners welcomed Angelita Sanchez, a candidate for State Representative, HD11. Homeowners were encouraged to invite friends, making it a well-attended and engaging gathering.
Angelita showed up for manufactured homeowners when it mattered. She advocated for HB 3054, legislation that helped lower annual rent increases and protect affordable housing for seniors like us. As Senator Hayden’s legislative assistant, she encouraged his support for manufactured homeowners who are struggling to keep up with rising rents.
When our community needed a voice, Angelita stepped forward. As a Republican, she has been a strong advocate for affordable housing and stability in manufactured home communities. She listened carefully to homeowners, addressed their concerns, and answered questions thoughtfully.
