Since 1977, we’ve worked hard to advocate for your rights and been involved in the successful passing of nearly every Chapter 90 law that protects park and marina tenants.
For the next legislative session – 2027 we plan to pursue a rent reset cap, to limit the amount a landlord can increase rent for as new tenant after you sell your home.

HB3054 Rent Cap For Manufactured and Floating Homes
With the successful passage of HB3054 in 2025, parks and marinas, with 30 or more spaces, must limit their annual rent increases to a flat 6%. Effective September 1st 2025.

Latest Legislative Activity and Progress
2025 has been an eventful year for Manufactured and Floating Homeowners with the passage of HB3054- rent increase cap limits are now in place at a flat 6% instead of the previous 10% max.
